    How do you get so many steps in?!

    I get up at 3:00 AM in the morning and walk for 2 hours. That gets me about 12,000 steps. Next, I walk about 8,000 - 10,000 steps during the workday. It really adds up.

    I'm in and confident. February was my best month ever at 323k. That is 11k / day, and I have a desk job. I do about 45 minutes to 1 hour of walking about 5 to 6 days per week. Count me in!
