I never been able to understand those articles on how to measure your body fat?

The bottom line is nothing is really super accurate, it is more important to use the same thing, including your mirror and a tape measure to see differences over time. Track your changes and don't get super hung up over 20% or 18%.0 -
Buy a scale that shows body fat percentage. Although not super accurate, they ARE very consistent and will show your BF trends (up/down).0
