Possible to notice weight loss in just a couple weeks?

So I started working out consistently about 3 weeks ago, and then last week I got a job that requires me to be on my feet moving around constantly. I went from sedentary to being pretty active and also have been eating less. This week I've been noticing my pants are a lot looser (after just being washed, too); is it possible that I've lost weight in such a short amount of time?
