My name is Adam,
My goal is to get to 220lbs, and I am starting at 285.
I am a power lifter that has been eating and drinking everything in sight for the past year or so. My goal is to switch from power lifting, to aesthetics. I am in no rush to lose weight. But, the lifestyle change is not easy considering I am in college and have no money to buy healthy food. I workout nearly everyday for about 2.5 hours. My workouts consist of strength training for about 1.5 hours and around 30 minutes of cardio, finished with some light stretching. I'm just looking for any tips that could help me get to my goals!
Realistically I am hoping that I can go from 285 to 220 in about a year.
I appreciate any helpful comments. Thanks!
