Be honest and as accurate as you can be for intake calories and calories burned. Depending on how serious you are, how detailed you want to be, and your wallet....I would recommend getting something like a fitbit (you can link it to this site if you want) and definitely a food scale (i prefer the digital ones). These will easily help you be very accurate and more honest about calories in and out.0
