Top of Butt

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for the upper buttocks. I have the rounded bottom now - finally, but the top seems so flat.

    Do plie squats while holding a dumbell with both hands between your legs, and go until it touches the ground. When you come up from the squat, make sure you're squeezing those muscles. I do them a few times a week and the top of my glutes KILL.
