Hi, to understand portion size you need to weigh your food.... lo-carb alone won't cut it. About 1200-1500 calories for a women. And if doing lo-carb (20 or under) don't do it for more than a few weeks unless you have significant weight to loose. A ratio of 10% carb, 30% protein and 60% good fats should work assist in the weight loss. Hope it goes well.

I don't even know what cannabis is I meant to say I'm going to eat less OK people

Cannabis is an "illegal drug" except in Washington state and Colorado. It causes munchies. Not a MFP friendly substance, if you ask me.

    Don't forget Oregon and Alaska!

It's medically permitted in my state.

I wonder if carb addiction would count.

Turning away from cannibalism is always a good thing.

Human meat is low carbs though... so maybe this could work?

Great, now you're promoting cannibalism.. lovely.. ty.

It will be the new fad diet within a week.

The high human meat, low carb, no vodka diet promises that you'll lose 15lbs in one hour!

I'm in! where do I sign up!

No wait.. no vodka? But can I still have red wine? Please tell me I can have red wine and I'm in! woot!

Human meat pairs so well with a pinot noir.

Careful, I think she said a no cab diet.

Pinot is probably okay, or zin.

That was an error, it's LOW carb diet
 I think we identified Human meat as low carb!

    I'm in!

Not zero just under 20 I meant to say n no vodka

I go to college with a lot of people who would suddenly be on a low carb diet if they cut out the vodka. Of course, it would also be really low calorie...

    Dear Posters,

I wanted to offer a brief explanation for the locking of this thread.

The forum guidelines include this item:

    2. No Hi-Jacking, Trolling, or Flame-baiting

Please stay on-topic within a forum topic. Off-topic or derogatory remarks are disrespectful. Please either contribute politely and constructively to a topic, or move on without posting. This includes posts that encourage the drama in a topic to escalate, or posts intended to incite an uproar from the community.

In many cases we are able to edit out the posts that violate this guideline, but unfortunately this particular thread has become too volatile to moderate efficiently and has violated all of the above points of the guideline.
