First day of no carbs

Hi, to understand portion size you need to weigh your food.... lo-carb alone won't cut it. About 1200-1500 calories for a women. And if doing lo-carb (20 or under) don't do it for more than a few weeks unless you have significant weight to loose. A ratio of 10% carb, 30% protein and 60% good fats should work assist in the weight loss. Hope it goes well.0

Cannabis is an "illegal drug" except in Washington state and Colorado. It causes munchies. Not a MFP friendly substance, if you ask me.
Don't forget Oregon and Alaska!

I go to college with a lot of people who would suddenly be on a low carb diet if they cut out the vodka. Of course, it would also be really low calorie...0 -
