Help with what i can eat on shift

I was just wondering if anyone could give me any pointers on what I could have on my work shift usually I'll have breakfast then get to work and have a snack then have a snack mid morning then have lunch and then dinner at home I'm working towards 1200_1400 calories typically:

Breakfast is bran flakes 40 g with skimmed milk

A nkd bar ( a UK wholefoods bar with protein) when I get to work

During the morning I'll have a smoothie

Lunch I'll have a chicken salad sandwich and some low cal crisps

Dinner varies but is usually 400 calories

Any ideas to improve?
