Old fashioned diet and exercise p90x

1st timer on MFP, 7 weeks in to p90x. Stopped drinking in January. Down 20lbs of my 50 lbs goal. I used to train seriously in my teens and twenties. My thirties were a disaster on my body, now at 41 I am fighting back.
