i usually go with a stir-fry 8 oz ofcabbage, 1 bell pepper, hand full of mushroom, 1 onions and any other veggies i have around. no rice but do use some soy sauce and siracha. and couple glasses of water.0

whats the point? You're supposed to target fat loss, not water loss?
It will just go back on again.
Weigh every day and average out every 7, that's your true weight....oh and for females there will be a monthly blip before tom. But if you go from month to month there will be a trend downwards hopefully.
Cutting carbs and calories paves the way for a binge in my world.0
