Wanted to say hi to everyone. I tried this once before and I'm giving it a second shot and its going well! I'm actually logging and I've noticed that participating in the community makes it a lot easier. Add me if you'd like!

I'm 24 y/o working at my dream job in Denver. I've noticed that the majority of my coworkers are fit and have great clothes. I don't... Because weight! I want to take care of myself and LOOK GOOD!

My struggle is making the right, healthy choice. I LOVE good tasting food and I'm a crappy cook. Anyone have tips??? I've started drinking tea to curb cravings, it's working well but I always make the bad choice for my meals. Love them sausage bagels and Panera!!

I'm learning to cook but eating plain salads and bland "health" foods makes my journey difficult. I'm trying to "get over" it but anyone have any additional suggestions?
