Has anyone shrunk out of their SHOES?

Yes!! All my shoes seem a smidge too big for me now! What a surprise!!

Yes, I've lost about 0.5-1 size. I was surprised, although it makes sense really! I've also shrunk out of my glasses, which is a lot more annoying.

Ditto on the Glasses, totally slide off my face now.

Glad to know this is normal!

Be careful though, I went from a 7.5 to a 6.5 about two years and didn't realize until recently that the reason my feet have been hurting ever since is that my arch size stayed at 7.5. Now nothing fits properly.

Yup, lost about a size. Just tried on some golf shoes this morning and was shocked to be in a size 13 now. All my shoes are loose.

I haven't dropped a size, but my feet have gotten narrower, so I don't always have to wear wide-width shoes now.

I am so excited to hear that so many of you have noticed losing shoe sizing! I went up when I gained so I am hoping to fix in my some of my shoes again !

Yes, usually a size 11, but I can fit into a 10 or 10.5 now.

Yep! it was like the last place I expected.. I just thought my shoelaces had stretched or something as my sneakers flopped around!
