How about no credit score? I dont borrow money.

Me either, If I don't have the cash, I don't buy it.

So no interest in home ownership?

See, for a man looking for a potential mate...that right there is SEXY!

Unless you want to buy a house or a car . . . no credit score can actually be worse for you than a poor credit score.

If you can walk in with a big old wad of cash and buy a home that would just be friggin' awesome.

Why women gotta have their OWN high credit scores. And if you tie the knot, keep it separate. It's always good to have 'back-up' good credit. In our modern little family, that would be ME.

900+, I'm a hell of a nice guy. Unfortunately, I'm hung like a stud gerbil.

Pssst! Don't tell anyone, but the maximum credit score is 850. . .

I'm 29, and just Now have found a nice guy with good credit. Keep in mind, when you find him, he is going to hold you to very high standards though. Be prepared for that, as well as him being frugal with his money. I have my own money, so that doesn't bother me, but that's how it works.

I won't need to borrow money to buy a home. And if I do, there are other ways to get a home loan than using the FICO. Such as manual underwriting.

I have bought a car with cash, not a problem. I am currently saving to buy a house. It will take another 5 years or so, depending on the housing and stock market.

    Why, hello there.

As my t-shirt says "Here I am. Now, what were your other two wishes?"

Personality: "Nice", well-educated, well-mannered, slightly nerdy (hence the t-shirts with witty comments), comedic, equally comfortable digging in the dirt as I am at black-tie events, and caring, although potentially too honest at times.

Finance: No college debt. Own my own home. Car is paid off. Maxing out my IRA. Healthy savings in the bank. And a credit score well above 775 (not gonna share the exact number. A guy's got to keep some secrets.).

From a guy with a seven figure debt load...I suggest opening your horizons to the guys with cash and no or low debt. After all a credit score is only a measure of how good of a slave you are. Believe me, at times I feel owned and can appreciate those with financial freedom.

There are several types of FICO score: generic, bankcard, personal finance, mortgage, installment loan, auto, NextGen and expansion score. The generic FICO score is between 300 and 850 exhibiting a negative skewed distribution. The FICO bankcard score and FICO auto score are between 250 and 900. The FICO mortgage score is between 300 and 850
    (850-740 range
You have an excellent credit score. You are absolutely the best borrower lenders can imagine. You’ll easily secure almost any loan of your choosing and receive the very best interest rates, lowest fees, and repayment terms."

Mine is in the 830s +(FICO Mean) and 900 (FICO Auto)
My wife's is better (that why we have been married for 41 years this month).

I borrow money pretty much daily, but I pay it all back every month  A CC is quite useful if used responsibly.

The way the tax code is written, and with how low interest rates are right now, a mortgage isn't a bad thing to have right now either. I can invest that money elsewhere.
