    I was in Houston for 2 years and just moved to AZ last June. Damn, I hated running in that ridiculous humidity. It's like I could drink the air when I was thirsty!

    i usually workout inside at the gym anyhow, but when i feel like going for a run or a long walk or whatever its not so bad long as you stay hydrated regularly and carry water with you. camelbaks are cool but they get annoying after running for a while too.[/quote]

    Houston here- I hate summer here. Inside is the way to go. i loop my lobby on my lunch hour and workout in my garage at night.

    Last year, people asked me how I could stand running in the winter. I don't understand how anyone can hate it. We live in Houston; there's no snow.
