Good evening, my name is Sharon... My goal for this weight loss journey is to get down to 135 lbs. I started off at 185 a month ago, and I am now 173.8 as of this morning. I was stuck at 175 for like two weeks. I've been eating clean, no processed foods. I am trying to drink more water to help. I have cut all dairy out which has helped break my 175 mark. I am 5'2" tall.. I have a ways to go.. But we all need to have a goal.
