Throw a temper tantrum.

No seriously. It works. Slam doors, punch a pillow, scream, throw pillows, stomp your feet, ect.

It gets rid of the nervous energy that you'd want to eat away.

How do I know?

I just did it. And it kept me from murdering someone.
