Getting Back to Fit

A little background on my self. I am 38 and up until September 2013 I was a very competitive and successful amateur triathlete. Training 20+ hours a week. Going into my year ending race I was 6'2" 165lbs in 2013.
5 1/2 weeks ago at 220 lbs because I had stopped training and racing. I am now down to 202 with 24% body fat with a calorie restricted diet and getting back into Cardio and weight lifting.
Goals
Complete the cutting to get to 15-20% body fat.
Then start adding muscle. It might be a big stretch but I would really like to get that male fitness model size and physique.
Looking for any friends that can offer support, and advice through this journey.
