How often do you exercise?

We've got a very similar schedule. I work out with a trainer 45 mins tues and thurs, Pilates on wed and sun and run about 3 miles on Saturday and Sunday.

I exercise 6x a week but I have an active rest day to promote recovery
4x weight lifting
2x cardio + HIIT
1x active rest day -- pilates + yoga or light run0
