Hi, I'm a 77 year old male, weigh 270, 6'2''. I want to lose 60 pounds in the next 12 months. What should my daily caloric intake be and what should my daily exercise minutes. Thank you.

Enter your stats in MFP and it will give you an estimate of how many calories to eat. Eat back around 50% of your exercise calories.
What do you currently do for exercise? Slowly work up to walking daily for around 20-30 minutes if possible. If you don't have an active lifestyle, follow a good mobility workout daily like Tai Chi or yoga. Both of these suggestions are for staying healthy & fit, not specifically for fat loss.0
