Is Under Armour Record really accurate? It seems WAAAAAY too good to be true.

I wear a Fitbit Zip to record my cardio activities and decided to try using Under Armour Record to record my weight training and abdominal exercises since Fitbit doesn't record calories burned for those things. Record is logging a LOT of calories burned for what doesn't feel like an equal amount of effort - 100+ calories for 5 minutes of abdominal exercises? 250+ calories for 10 minutes of leg machine workouts? I just don't feel like I'm burning that much. I don't eat those calories back, and I'm still losing weight so it's all good, but if these counts are way off then I don't see the point of using this app except just for recording when I've worked out and what I did.
