Help a girl out

Hi all! Hope you're having a fabulous day. I'm kind of looking for some support and followers to help hold me accountable to my goals! All my life I've had these motivated moments where I want to get shredded. Putting on muscle has never been the problem for me. I have a great trainer, a great plan, and have increased my strength dramatically specific for my sport (paddling). Now, it's time to get shredded to uncover what's been going on beneath :) time to see some abs so I can fit my name hahah! Anyways I've been on track for a month and some days I feel like I'm making great progress, other days I feel like I'm looking the same, etc. I just want to make sure I stick to it this time and wanna hear about your hardships and rises as well!
