New here and losing inches!

Hi, my name is Becky. I've been working hard for about two weeks now on tracking my calories and moving more. I have a sedentary desk job that in the past I thought meant I couldn't exercise because I was stuck at my desk. I was wrong. Now any time I go get a patient (I work in a clinic) I take the stairs. I add extra flights of stairs and have started adding in small workouts using an app I downloaded. With all of these additions I've lost an inch and a half off of my waist in two weeks! I'm excited by this loss and am working on building healthy habits that will allow me to continue to control my weight in the future. I've also noticed clothes fitting a tiny bit looser. My scale says I've lost 3.4 lbs in two weeks.
