What am I missing? Calories ok, fat, protein and carbs % ok. Iron and calcium low and sodium and cholesterol very difficult to keep down. What is the magic food I am missing?

Seaweed. It has calcium and iron and almost no calories. It's found in sushi (I prefer vegetable sushi). Sodium will be hard to keep down because it's in most processed foods, pickles, and spices. Cholesterol is high in dairy items like cheese, milk, and egg yolks, and especially liver so it's also hard to keep down.0

Since your diary is not public, there is really not much that can be said. As to the sodium, if you want to get that down you need to do what I do and start cooking food from scratch so you can control how much sodium gets added. Pretty much anything that is made for you will contain a lot. However, if you don't have high blood pressure, sodium numbers are not that important.0

I opened my diary and people told me to get more protein and increase fiber.
Really helps.0
