Schlotzskys nutrition

I have a question. I've been eating Schlotzskys soups occasionally for lunch. I'm having trouble figuring out what to put down in my diary. For example a bowl of potato soup on the Schlotzskys website is 340 calories. But if you Google Schlotzskys nutrition, the second thing that pops up is a pdf for Schlotzskys nutrition, and it says that it's 440 calories. Which one should I go off of? It does this on other soups as well, with the website showing a lower calorie than the pdf.

You're better off going with the higher one, better safe than sorry. Or you could just email the company and ask them....0 -
The soup in the pdf is the Potato with Bacon soup and the soup on the website is Loaded Baked Potato soup. That's why they have different calorie amounts.0

OP look up a recipe and make your own. Ive had good success with SkinnyTaste.
That is a lot of calories for a bowl of soup. (but hey, if you've got the room in your diary---soup on girl!)0 -
Not an answer: But soups are excellent for weight loss - When you make them at home !
I spent sunday's making them, and freezing in freezer bags.
Defrost the night before.
And you could save thousands, yes thousands of dollars a year.0 -
340-440 calories is not a crazy amount for soup if you're talking about cream soups or a bisque.0

That's also for a bowl, not a cup, so it would be more of the meal instead of just a side...I love Schlotzsky's deli, their jalapeno cheese bread is amazing, not diet friendly, but def delicious!0

I miss Schlotzkys sandwiches with that big soft bread. yum-0

Is the serving size the same for both? Ive seen some restuarants where the website lists a 10oz bowl but a google search reveals a listing for a 12oz bowl. At first glance...i just saw different calorie counts for the 'same bowl' of soup.0
