I was just wondering about my calorie goals. MFP says to consume 1385 a day and that's including my workout. I'm 5'3 and weight 143 pounds. My goal is to get to 125. Does this seem
accurate?
Thanks!

If your goal is to lose 2 pounds per week and your workout burns 185 calories then that sounds accurate. I am 5'4.75" and mfp gives me 1230 calories to lose 1 pound per week. I eat back most of my exercise calories.0

Ok I think I get it... I'm allowed only 1200 per day but if I work out I can have 1385.0

Whatever calories you burn excercising, eat them back.
Since you have 1385 a day you eat those everyday. Now say you go running and burn an additional 200 calories. Eat those calories as well.0 -
