fat not weight loss and increase in muscle

My goal is maintaining fat loss, not weight and to increase my endurance and to have a very athletic and flexibly sculptured body.

    Eat calorie deficit = weight loss
    Lift heavy weights and get protein = weight lost will be muscle, not fat
    Do cardio = improve endurance
