I mean, I could share my Oreos and they would be free to you.

I mostly meant the advice about how many should consume so I know how many to share.

Just a piece of friendly advice :)

Most people here that want to help just jump into threads where people are asking questions and offer their help. Not accusing: but often people who make self-aggrandizing posts offering their help are really looking to try to get away with selling something, to unsuspecting users.

That's why you're getting the responses you are. By all means, there's plenty of people posting on the boards who could use good advice, so jump on in.

ETA: But I'm serious about the Oreo question.

I'll be 100% honest with you!! Do I sell products that help people lose weight? Yes I do! Was I going to post on here about it or try to get people to buy it? No I was not. I just love to motivate people and help answer questions. I was once 400 pounds and had no one to turn to for advice. I lost all of my weight by working out and eating right! And spending sleepless nights researching and studying health and fitness. Coming from a family who is all over weight"Dad is over 600 Lbs**Mom over 300 and she's 5'4* After losing my weight I fell in love with just helping people to reach their goals. I know how it was not to have someone there to answer my questions. So that is what I am here for .

bingo! and it only took twenty posts, which actually pretty quick for this sort of thing.

though the lack of a visible diary and a profile page that is "viewable by friends only" combined with an offer to personally help others is often a pretty good indication that a sales pitch will be part of some not-too-distant-future pm exchange.

Let me take a wild guess. You are a beach body "consultant"? A shakeology "consultant" (pretty sure that's the same company as beach body) Or a body by Vi "consultant"?

I can't stand my one ex-friend who tried to peddle this nonsense (hence why she is no longer a friend), it is even worse when a stranger does.

Do the "consultants" realize that their marketing ploys are completely transparent and tend to push people away?

Even more proof you're not qualified. Sorry old chap.

Working out, of course, is good for health and fitness, but is not necessary for weight loss.

And no one needs to purchase any sort of "plan". At most, "purchasing" some one-on-one time with a certified trainer may be a good idea for some. But a 'one-size-fits-all plan'....nope sorry.
