Injury keeping me from gym

I hurt my foot a few days ago, what exercises can I do without putting too much pressure on it?

As others have said rest, pool or upper body. Guy our family knows lost the use of his legs in a motorcycle accident. I see him lifting upper body 3-4 times a week.0

I'm also down with a foot injury and can't even do much walking without pain. I've been doing my work outs from be floor. A lot of different leg lifts, bought some of those ankle weights to add a little more to it too. Of course, upper body stuff & core work. It's not awesome but it's better than nothing0
