I keep failing to stick!!!

As it says in the title. I really failing myself this past week. I do really well for breafast and dinner but lunch time is when i go over board...

First few food i pretty much when cold turkey no soda no sweets and it was going great. I was bit down last week and other things with my little girl was going on. so i was focusing on no touching the crap but rather grabbing what i could get my hands on and that ends up being alot :(

I need the movation to come back into me. I need to get of my lazy butt and get out walking again.

Im thinking when it comes to lunch time i should go on my 5 mile walk then so im not anywhere near food or sugary juice.

sometimes i wish i was at a boot camp :( xxxx
