Hello everyone! I'm Bri 35 yo woman mother of 1. Since giving birth to my daughter it has been a struggle to keep the 50 plus pounds i had gain. Just when i thought i was losing the weight, it came back with a vengeance. I've tried just about every diet trick there is to try and nothing has work. Using this app has help me to keep track of the calories eat. But i still need the motivational push from others who are having a hard time losing and keeping the weight. I hope this work seeing others struggle as i have.

Hi Bri, I think that finding motivation is the most difficult part of this journey. I am dealing with the same issue as well and I have failed to lose weight so many times that I feel I don't have any motivation left. Still, I am starting with FitnessPal and through the tracking and the community, I hope to be able to lose weight and become a healthier and happier person. One day at a time I guess...Good luck Bri, don't give up on yourself!0

Gain is so easy and loss is so simple, pity the weight loss can be a harder habit. Get a breath of fresh air (be outside or at a gym) an hour a day or more and make how much you plan to eat. I started with 60ish pounds(30 kilos) to lose myself and gained 7 kilos back after getting over halfway there when I dropped constant exercise which I'm trying to reintegrate myself.
Note this is what has worked for me and you can appear 3 kilos heavier in a day with a lot of liquid so I'd follow the calories and you should see the shift within a week. It all adds up in both directions, just go the direction you want. Not just with weight, writing, exercise, saving, music practice and so on...0 -

Note I got 20 kilograms down and now have 17 because of that said weight gain.0
