Negative calories in step tracking

If your activity level is set to lightly/moderately active MFP assumes you'll do a certain amount of activity each day. If your FitBit or whatever doesn't match up with what you're supposed to get each day, MFP takes calories away from you. When I'm sick and spend the day on the couch, I don't need as many calories as I do when I'm working during the day so MFP takes them back as negative calories.0
