Dealing with cravings

I ate lunch about 30 minutes ago, so I know I'm not really hungry. I am sooo badly craving all my favorite comfort foods. Fried chicken. Mac & Cheese. Mashed Potatoes. Pizza. Hot fudge Sundae. Like I could seriously eat all of them in one sitting, as gross as it sounds. Of course though, I'm at work and don't have a vehicle, so going to get them isn't really an option. Neither is exercising. All I can do is sit here, sip water, and hate my life.
How do you deal with this sort of thing when it happens to you?

I remember how bad I feel after giving in to it, take a walk or go exercise, drink something warm and if all that isn't working, I give in and regret it later. I am becoming pretty good at ignoring it, because the regret is no fun and the cravings do diminish in time!0
