Do you facebook?
I mean, do you share your weight loss/successes etc on facebook? I don't and I know its because I'm a bit (cough very) embarrassed that I have such a long journey to take and that I've had ups and downs in the past and my extended family and in-laws on there would not be able to offer the support that you guys do. I guess I'm just hoping come Christmas party time the results will speak for themselves...
Do you share on facebook (or other social media) or do you stick to sharing here?

I don't do anything on facebook. Except the occasional lurk on family members just to make sure everyone's still alive and kicking. I don't have an account or anything just borrow other peoples to click around and see what's up or make a dummy account to look at everyone and make sure they didn't post another fat pic of me like my sis did last year. FB is the devil. Diet coke is not. I may be too. The end. :devil:0

I don't facebook and I don't even use it to lurk. No one on my side of the family has one and my husbands family just argues about Lance Armstrong and posts pictures of their respective dinners (he had an account for a while but has since deleted it dut to family silliness). If something interesting happens, well that's what phones are for.
If I did, I would not post about my weight loss. Why? I don't feel the need to keep people informed about such things.0 -
I facebook, but not about losing weight or anything. I did post the first time I ran and will comment on other friend's weight loss if they post. I feel like trying to better myself is a very personal thing and I don't need everyone I know in real life watching my every move.0

i don't talk too much about my fitness goals or accomplishments on FB. I just use it to bombard my friends and family with pictures of my kids0
