How long before you lose progress?

So I've been sick the past week with pneumonia. I've been resting, obviously, but I miss working out. I was supposed to be on my fourth week of T25 Beta, and I was so impressed with how good my legs were toning up, losing belly fat, my obliques were hardening up... Just curious how long it takes to lose the muscle fitness? I haven't worked out since last Friday. I think by Monday I should be good to go again, I'm just wondering if I should start Beta again or pick up where I left off?
Edited to add: I haven't been logging my food either. I've barely been eating... no appetite, plus the antibiotics gave me a pain in the stomach. I did manage to eat a whole box of Fudgsicles in four days! Not much else though...

I don't think you'll notice it being harder once you're eating again properly - but you may get more DOMS first time you return to it?0

I don't mean whether or not it will be harder.... I just meant losing muscle tone/mass! lol0

It shouldn't matter. Fitness is a lifelong endeavor. I'm glad you are feeling better, pneumonia sucks.0

After a week or two, you should barely notice any loss. Besides, you're going back to it and will get anything back fairly quickly.0

The rule of thumb in weightlifting circles seems to be you can maintain on once-a-week lifting. So yeah, you'll probably pick up right where you left off. And even if you're slightly weaker, it comes back really quickly once you resume consistency and eating well. Anyhow, don't worry.

You won't notice much difference after you get back into it. A week is nothing in the grand scheme of things and losing time for illness and other issues is normal. You'll be right back on track in a week or two.0

It takes over a week to actually lose muscle (unless you are completely immobilized like in a cast, then they found that people lost significant amounts in 2 weeks), and by two weeks you most likely only lost the neurological aspects of strength while you still have most if not all of the muscle mass.
After 1 week off I always start exactly where I was. After 2 weeks off I typically drop the weights a tiny bit and build it back up.0 -
I've been down with a foot injury for a week now from insanity. I was on week 7, I plan on picking up where I left off. In the past when stuff like this has happened I hadn't noticed a huge difference, just a little soreness that I may not have otherwise gotten. A work out will probably feel good0

It costs your body a lot of energy to build muscle. It doesn't catabolize it quickly.
You have pneumonia, focusing on getting better from that will give you the best gains long term. No sense worrying about something you have no control over.0
