I"m Tired of being a YO-YO

I have been on the YoYo dieting circle for over 10 years. I have tried Atkins, Low carb, Weight Watchers and have loss weight with Success but I also have Gluten issues so It's hard for me to lose weight when I do, very slow process so here I am. Decided to wing it and try it on my own. now my question is I should be eating 1200 calories a day and am wondering if I stay below 1000 daily will that increase my chances of losing weight along with picking the correct foods that I can tolerate. I have been bouncing up and down the same 4 lbs for the last month and not sure why..Feeling Exhausted and fighting a battle I can't seem to win.

I am not sure if you have had a chance but it may be helpful to start reading some of the 'newbie' threads. They are very helpful

Eat the most calories you can and still lose is the winner. Eating under 1000 calories leads to yoyoing.0

^^ Highly recommend those threads as well.
Also, MFP wouldn't suggest anything under 1200 (especially under 1000), so follow MFP's suggestion if you are not sure where else to start. Example, MFP suggests I eat 1450 calories a day without additional exercise. When I do work out (I don't eat back ALL of my calories burned, but often I eat up too 1900ish)... and I have lost over 50lbs in the past following that.0 -
Go on a calculator Healthyeater.com is good find your calories be really honest with activity level as that's your daily calories including exercise calories
