    It's ... well, it's my version of fun. Mind you, I'm also the one who asked my coach to make Turkish get ups a regular part of my programming.

    glue ham raise. its not really my favorite but its the most effective. my fav in terms of fun to do is probably stiff leg dead lifts

    Heavy Romanian Deadlifts.
    I do a max set of 20 after I squat.
    After that I do the Death March.
    It's a Cal Strength movement you can find a tutorial on google.
    Basically a Lunge/RDL hybrid.
