Just started myfitnesspal yesterday. Been working for a week now, trying to get things figured out and I think I have a good plan worked out. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by the end of the year. Exercise and calorie counting. Any suggestions? Also how do you get that tool bar under posts that show goal?
