60 day update

This month has been much worse in terms of workouts. I made a lot of excuses for not going to the gym, felt tired and hungry, and it has been disappointing to see that I still have not formed the habit of working out. I am still having trouble drinking enough water and meeting my protein macros.
6 workouts logged
I did increase my weightlifting a little bit and I started C25K and completed day 1... working on day 2.
Still, I stayed on track with the weight loss (1lb/wk), even though my logging has been spotty: lost 8.6lbs so far in 8 weeks. My pants are looser.
I'm not seeing any changes but since I still lost weight, I hope I'll see more of a change next month. I will really, really try to get back into the gym habit, even if it's twice a week. Off to the gym now!
