What keeps you motivated to keep up your exercise and nutrition routine? When you have those days where you're feeling like you just want to throw in the towel, what stops you in your tracks? :smile:

    Two things:

    1. Making small changes that I feel I can stick with, so that it's not all too much at once and I can't cope.
    2. Not wanting to start over at some future point if I give up now.

    If I'm feeling down I might let myself eat a bit extra that day, but I don't let it turn into a week of stuffing my face followed by giving up. I enjoy my treat and then get back on track.
