do you weigh food frozen or cooked ? HELP

ok so iv been eating frozen mccain sweet potato chips and on the packet it goes by per 100 g ect.. does this go by weighing the food to 100g to match nutrition information frozen or does it go by it being cooked?
iv been weighing when its been cooked afriad im consuming to much incase it weighs lighter incase its ment for when its frozen

if it says not to thawed it first/is to be cooked from frozen state, than you weight it in frozen state.
at least thats the way i have always done it.

The packet should say in which state the nutritional information refers to.

Yeah those things are annoying, especially if you get freezer burn on them and it totally messes up the weight... but typically I believe that when it comes to frozen food, you have to weigh it frozen (which is hilarious for 'steam in the bag' veggies, I got to say).0
