I've been wondering this also...0

Sorry I don't have it. But have heard mixed reviews. Some love it ! And others didn't feel it was worth it. So my advice would be to see if you can try it for one month and then you can see if its worth paying for a year. You may love it! Or it may not be worth it to you. Everyone will feel differently.0

If you want to be able to set up different calorie/macro goals based on the day of the week, it's great!!!

It helps me keep an eye on my nutrients. I think I eat healthier because of it.0

The site and app barely work as is, I wouldn't pay for it as it is now with extra options that aren't really needed for 90% of the MFP population.0

I have it and at first really didn't notice much of a difference, but I've been using some of the "extra" features lately and getting a more thorough breakdown of nutrients and calories over time. So I think it's worth it if you really want to get more info and are invested in MFP. I feel pretty committed to it and thought since I'll be here for at least another 6-12 months losing weight (and then maintaining thereafter) I felt it was worth it. The extra benefits are listed under the info about going Premium- so read that and if you think you'd use them (or if the ads bug you) then gauge from there.0
