Hello everyone. I have been working out 5 days a week and eating (or trying) 1400 calories a day, but I need some help.
One of my problems is this....is it ok to eat back the exercised calories? I am eating 1400 calories a day and I workout 400 calories a day, so I normally feel like I am not doing the things right because I am some days eating between 1600-1700 calories/day. Any advice? Thank you!
