New to My Fitness/former live stronger

Hi! I am a former Live Stronger who had a lot of success but sadly, my focus slid away, I slowly gained all weight lost and then some, and am now desperate to get back on track and find a way to live a great, full life while putting my food battles into a healthy place. Depression ='s weight gain, loneliness ='s weight gain, frustration ='s weight gain, stress ='s weight gain, etc etc. I need to have depression = walking, gardening, talking to spouse, frustration = trying harder to make time to cook something delicious and healthy, stress = meditation and extra dog walk/love time. i don't have this foundation in place and am hoping that after committing to this site/app I can maybe find some solid ground. Life isn't meant to be so weight oriented, I know.
