Weigh potatoes before or after cooking?

That's the question
I don't *really* eat meat, and when I do I buy it pre-cooked so I don't worry about that, but I am mostly curious about potatoes and other veggies, do I weigh before or after cooking?

I weigh everything before cooking, and that tends to be more accurate for most foods. But if you want/need to weigh it after cooking it should be fine as long as you pick an accurate entry from the database that indicates how it was cooked.0

Weigh as much as you can raw. Make sure you use a raw entry or cooked entry when you cant weigh it raw.0
