Hello I am new here however I am just getting myself ready and motivated to start this journey. unfortunate I will not be starting my journey until March 21, because I want to make sure i have all my workout equipment, as well as all the healthy food. But its my pleasure to be here and i am super excited to join you guys!!!

i'd TOTALLY (sorry caps) recommend you just begin to log your food till Mar 21...then you can get in fully. there is no better thing to do than to record what your eating. get a food scale and weigh it all whenever possible. arm yourself with data. it will be worth it.0

I 100% agree with this. I started with just logging my food. No changes in what I ate or how much I ate -- just logging. It's very insightful.0
