So the lowest i have ever been was 222 and now I'm at 336. I was at 222 about 2 years ago until I met my boyfriend. He's a great guy and when you're happy and inlove you want to do things that make you happy like eat and drink.
Anyways I'm a little afraid I'm never gonna get back down because my weight is so high. I just need some friends or before and after photos to show I can do it. I'm trying so we will see where I get.

Don't be hard on yourself, that can be one the of the pitfalls of a new relationship - I'm sure you can track my weight gain/loss over the years with my relationship history. Hah. This is something that I've learned I have to control, I cannot let someone else's food choices or even that honeymoon phase tear down my health. It doesn't have to and shouldn't be that way. You can still go out and enjoy yourself and make better food choices or eat what you want and stay within your calorie goals. Also try doing more active dates (hiking, kayaking, bike riding, etc.) You will and can lose this weight, there are soo many people on MFP that have lost at your weight and even higher. Don't be discouraged, you are obviously on here because you recognize that you want to change. Try browsing the MFP success stories board for inspiration, it's filled with amazing people who have overcome so much and reached their goals.0

I lost 70lbs about 3 years ago with mfp. I was running and going to the gym regularly. Loved having to buy new clothes bc everything got too big. Fast forward to me falling off the wagon and gaining almost 40lbs back. So here I am again going back to the only thing that really ever worked for me. It's so hard to start up again but once you do it starts to get easier. I had before and after pics last time, I should do a new start pic, bc those were fantastic motivators. Actually seeing yourself in a picture progressing is so cool, and it makes you feel proud of yourself and what you are capable of doing. Be proud of what you do everyday, don't be afraid to congratulate yourself for hard work. It took me a long time to actually give myself credit for what I was doing, and to admit to myself that I was proud of what I was capable of. Don't let the number on the scale dishearten you. As much as I hoped for it, weight doesn't simply vanish bc we want it to, we have to work for it. That's also what makes it so rewarding when you start feeling and looking better.
