Strength Training

This site lists roughly how many calories you burn when you bike, or walk, or run, but I don't see anything about weight lifting or strength building.
I train my strength 3x a week for 20 minutes. I don't sweat as much as I do when I am walking for the same amount of time, but my core and arm muscles definitely feel more fatigued than my legs do from my fast pace walking...
So how would I determine a good amount of burned calories? Should I go with the same amount as fast pace walking up a hill for 20 mins, or do I burn more calories with the strength training, even though I don't sweat as much? Do I burn less?
I really need an IDEA, because right now, I am logging as if I don't do ANY strength training. It would be nice to know so that I can adjust my calorie in take to meet my needs.
I know there's machines to buy for this, but I don't have the money right now, I am pretty poor, so yeah :P
Just need some opinions from the women weight lifters/strength trainers out there.

I think those who do a lot of strength training set their calories to their lightly active TDEE -15%-20%. That way you don't have to log exercise because they are already included in your daily calories.0

That's a good idea. I could do that! Thanks for your idea0

You aren't burning nearly what you think you are. The first link goes into detail about strength training burns, long story short, it burns longer than cardio so it's difficult to capture what you are actually burning. The second link is to calculations to determine what you are burning while you are lifting only. For instance, I am doing Strong Lifts 5x5 at the moment, CW 175, 5'4", F. I burn roughly 167 calories per hour. 167/3 = 55.6 for a 20 minute workout.

Okay good, then I shouldn't be as worried about as I originally thought.
I haven't felt ill or anything, so that's good.0
