I am trying to eat healthier. Want to watch my sodium and sugar in take. I know these two things are hidden everywhere. Just found out even vinegar has sugar it...can you put anything on salad besides fresh lemon juice without a ton of sugar and salt...lol. Would love to hear any tips from anyone. Everything changes so fast with fitness and nutrition. I've been doing this for a while and could probably help any new people. Shoot me a message anytime. Talking about it keeps your head in the game .

Are you trying to cut processed sugar or ALL sugar. I'm not sure I'd count vinegar as too sugary for my salads.
So, one thing I do with a salad is eat it without dressing, but put my meat on it. The juices from the meat make for a great 'dressing'.... unless you're vegetarian. Then I suppose that wouldn't work for you.
