Hi, just started my new fitness and weight loss plan ,

If anyone has any tips or advise to help me it would be most welcome .

    Eating right (staying in those calories) is 90% of your battle for losing weight.
    Exercise for health.
    *The older you get, the more true this is.
    Get a digital food scale from walmart, bbbeyond, or target.
    I also try to get 68 grams of protein a day (at least 46), and 25 grams of fiber a day.
