I have been trying to balance my macros and I am getting really good about getting the numbers right.

I am wondering...once you start getting your macros balanced, do you not feel hungry?

For instance, I could of skipped my supper tonight because I was not hungry. By eating, the macros were perfectly balanced.

Your opinions please.

I do think that different people do better with different macro goals and that finding the right fit can make you feel better, including being less hungry.

Balanced macros tends to lead to a better overall nutritional profile in your diet, and we will seek food until we get the nutrients we need, that's why we eat... or why we used to eat... I don't feel hungry except right before meals. Sometimes I'm too full to get in the last meal of the day.

What macro % are you using ?

I've noticed when I increase my protein it helps me feel full and gives me energy. If my protein is low but I keep eating carbs/fat I end up feeling hungry until I have the right amount of protein.
But I agree I think the right ratio of macros is probably different for each person.

Try 20/20/60 instead. Currently your carbs are following the government guidelines which has already been proven to fail. 50% is way too high - 30% would be safest max. Also your fats are way too low - also a failure (30% min, 40% or more better).
